Widening the career prospects of researchers

The third objective of the training programme of ADAPTATION is to increase the employability of ESR/ER by widening their career prospects. For that, three seminars will be organised between the months 18 and 30, with the objectives that ESR/ER:

• understand what the European Research Area means and what are the possibilities for the development of their career,
• acquire complementary skills on project and team management,
• be aware of intellectual property rights, knowledge management and innovation policies.

For the ER, their involvement in the leading of the research and the monitoring of the project progress will be a direct putting into practice of the knowledge acquired during these training actions.
