FACTUM Chaloupka & Risser OHG
General description: FACTUM is an SME located in Vienna, conducting both basic and applied research, without any regular public funds. The main work area of FACTUM is traffic from social, scientific and psychological viewpoints. FACTUM activities are based on works on attitude and acceptance matters, motive, user needs and communication research and on behaviour observation, qualitative and description methods. One of the main topics of work is the development and use of instruments that allow an adequate research on human motives as a basis for social management that adequately takes care of user and customer needs. With its studies FACTUM contributes to solutions for traffic and mobility problems, with sustainability in view.
Roles in the ITN: Supervise and train a PhD student working on short-, middle and long- term effects of ADAS while conducting a field study/ Taking part in the training actions.
