To support the research programme, a training program will be implemented for the Early Stage Researchers (ESR) and the experienced researchers (ER) involved in the project.

This training programme takes into account the academic background of researchers, the requirements of the research domain and the needs of ESR and ER in terms of skills acquisitions necessary to boost their future researcher career.

Three main objectives have been assigned to the training programme:

• Favouring multi-disciplinary approaches to investigate drivers’ adaptation processes
• Strengthening the abilities of researcher to disseminate research results
• Widening the career prospects of researcher
